What kinds of equipment does POSRG not accept for buy-back or trade-in?

POSRG does not accept the following:

Cloud-based, subscription-locked systems such as Toast, Square, Clover, Shift 4, Wise POS, and Harbortouch
Electronic cash drawers (e.g., SAM4S, Casio)
Small-lot hardware located outside the United States

What specific details (model, part #, condition, photos) must I provide to receive an accurate buy-back offer?

The more information you provide, the better our team can assist you. If you need assistance, our team will help guide you through this process. Here’s a list of what we are looking to learn about your inventory.

Brand and full part number exactly as shown on the OEM label.
Condition notes plus quick photos of screens, ports, and serial tags if possible.

Can I sell bulk inventory?

Absolutely. We handle single units to pallet loads. For large quantities, our team will help arrange freight pickups.
