At Point of Sale Remarketing Group (POSRG), we understand that the purchase of refurbished point of sale hardware is only one step in a much larger set of processes. Once equipment is purchased, it must be set up — and when it has done its job, eventually there must be equipment uninstall.
Since long-term support is one of our core customer commitments, we are ready to provide onsite installation and uninstallation of your pre-existing equipment. At your request, our technicians will arrive onsite, unpack and prepare each terminal for usage, or conversely disassemble and package it. During the process, our technicians are available to answer any questions you may have. It’s just one more way that our customer support travels well beyond the end of the purchase.
