Our refurbish and refresh program takes your existing hardware through our refurbishment process then sending it back into the field covered with our standard 90 day advance exchange warranty.

Depot Maintenance Services
Our Depot Maintenance service assists with the repair and refurbishment of your IT assets at a flat rate cost with no contract obligation.  All hardware repaired is asset tagged and covered with our standard 90 day advance exchange warranty.  We offer 100% yield on repairs or actual yield depending on how much of your hardware we can fix using parts from your defective equipment.  Costs vary depending on which program you chose.

Advance Exchange Program
Our advance exchange program provides spares in the air. POSRG provides finished product secured for your account to support service calls at a moment’s notice.  We cover all of North America and use UPS and Fed Ex to get hardware to your stores overnight for AM delivery depending on your service requirements.  The defective equipment goes in the replacement packaging and sent back to POSRG.  This whole process is managed by POSRG with the use of our online tools provide our customers with full visibility.

On-Site Maintenance
Our on-site maintenance provides the highest level of service to the customer.  This is a very complex and customary offering.  In some cases we have been able to use our own personnel and in most we work closely in conjunction with our 3rd party maintenance provider.

POSRG Software Solutions
Our software solutions offers all Microsoft Windows embedded operating systems. As well we offer the full Microsoft RMS POS software solution with training and integration.

POSRG Imaging Stations
Our imaging stations provide us with the capability to load 24 systems at a time with a full peripheral load. 

Consumables and Supplies
Consumables and Supplies are sold with all purchases.  Ribbons and paper rolls can be bought wholesale from POSRG who understands specific needs for all POS related printing devices.

Staging and Bundling
Our staging and Bundling service provides a plug and play scenario for new and existing store integrations. We can also include and manage customer owned hardware to provide this service.
